Description
Mint Dentistry needed to modernize the patient and provider experience as they rapidly scaled to 70+ locations. We built a mobile app that extended their Open Dental EHR system with patient-facing appointment booking, digital records access, clinic discovery, and AI-powered engagement features. The platform reduced friction in the patient journey, decreased no-shows through automated reminders, and increased in-app bookings significantly. Providers gained mobile access to patient records, allowing them to view histories and notes on the go. The system was designed to handle the complexity of multi-location networks while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data security at scale.
